Outfit posts are not my thing, because truthfully it's hard for me to be comfortable in front of the camera. I always feel like such a dork, and I can't imagine anyone being that interested in what I'm wearing. However, I think outfit posts are useful, especially when I'm trying to showcase all the beautiful vintage clothes and accessories we find, as well as talk about personal style, and other fashion related chatter.
So, I took a couple of quick shots with my mac camera (sorry for the blurriness, but I admit that blurriness is very forgiving), because I wanted to show you how great white can work with a pop of color. In this outfit, I did white and cream together all over, then just to make things a bit more interesting, I attached a huge magenta flower clip to my hair. It's large and a little kitschy, but totally feminine and cute! Doing an all over neutral palette can be quite refreshing in this heat, and then popping the outfit with a burst of color in a bag, shoe, jewelry, or other accessory is the perfect way to keep things new and fresh.
