The opening number from last night's Emmy Awards was pretty great, and there were some pretty dresses, too!

 Emily Deschanel in Max Azria. Love the color and it's amazing with her skin and eye color.

A lot of people were not a fan of her Atelier Versace gown or her hair, but I still like it. She's really quite stunning.

Mom and daughter looking very fresh in Donna Karen and Thierry Mugler, respectively!

Kiernan Shipka from Mad Men looking adorable.

Kelly Osbourne looking the best I've ever seen her look. She's wearing Tony Ward Couture.

Kyra Sedgwick in Monique Lhuillier. Love the color!!

Julie Bowen in J. Mendel. It's quite the somber dress, but I really like the details, seams, etc.

I like this for the sparkle. Jennifer Carpenter looks sexy and strong in this look.

This is probably too casual for the Emmy's, although Keri Russell was just presenting at the show. I really like her and she still looks pretty. The bodice doesn't quite fit, but the hair and accessories are spot on.

I liked this Gucci dress, but her hair was a crazy bird's nest.
