.. sushi update ..

Oh, I'm so exhausted from work and my contacts are super dry. My mom and I get this weird thing where if we're not sleeping very much or we're super exhausted, then we start getting these head shocks. They're painful!! Anyways, that's happening to me now, if anyone cares to know.

More updates! I'm visiting my lovely friend in Colorado at the beginning of September, so that's getting me pretty excited. Plus, I made the sushi on Friday and it was a great success!! The spicy tuna rolls were a party favorite, but please excuse the photos. I should have turned the seams of the rolls away from camera and/or put them down on the board. Other than that though, the fish and uni (sea urchin) were delicious. We even had some great Blue Fin Toro. Yum!
