In prior post, I described the wonders that it my mom's cooking. Well, you're in luck! I made myself another bowl of Mi Quang, and made sure to take a couple of pictures to share with you, dear readers. It's not as good as eating it, but it'll have to tide you over until you get an invitation to one of my parent's dinner parties.
